Q. How is Rouxpor handling Covid-19?

A. We are proud to announce that like most retailers, we adhere to a strict policy regarding covid-19. We have implemented strict guidelines regarding the routine sterilization of our facility and equipment, as well as keeping the handling of our products during all stages of your order to an absolute minimum.

 

Q. How many employees will touch or handle the items I have ordered?

A. Each order is handled by one individual from the start of your order, to the moment it is shipped to you. This way we can guarantee that the absolute minimum amount of contact with the product is achieved. All employees are also required to wear the proper personal protective equipment at all times (face mask, gloves, long sleeve shirt) and have to maintain a safe 6 foot distance from one another when in our facility.

 

Q. Where does the term "Cloud-Soft" originate?

A. Our "Cloud-Soft" t-shirts are manufactured using a special process that refines the fabric in such a way that it removes all of the fiber impurities resulting in an ultra soft finish. We feel that this degree of softness can only be described using the stereotypical description of the texture of a cloud.

 

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. Order statuses will be emailed to you following the confirmation of your order. This confirmation normally takes place following the receiving of the payment for the order.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We accept payments in all currencies, however our products are displayed in USD.

 

Q. Do you offer fast shipping?

A. Yes, but shipping options change based on the region you are ordering from. Shipping information and options will be calculated during the checkout process, so be sure to pick the option that best fits your needs.  

 

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong product or size, please reference our Return Policy bellow, as it is currently being revised on a weekly bases due to the changes in international health and safety protocol.

 

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. All returns are determined on a case to case bases, but are generally accepted as long as the product has not been worn and still has all of the applicable tags and packaging. Please reference our Return Policy bellow, as it is currently being revised on a weekly bases due to the changes in international safety protocol.
