Also, the parcel couriers that we ship with are subject to their own possible delays and discrepancies in delivery dates due to Covid-19 restrictions that very between countries, cities, provinces and states.

At the moment, we are doing our best to maintain a fast and efficient order processing & shipping system, while keeping not only our staff, but you our customer, safe. To allow for this, we have introduced a social distancing and handling protocol, which allows for each order to be handled by only one individual staff member at all times (All staff members are required to wear all appropriate personal protective equipment while in our facility and handling our products). This also includes routine sterilization of our facility, equipment and product, maintained on a scheduled bases that is updated daily. The reason for this is to guarantee that your order is completely safe and free of any contaminants at the time that is it delivered to you. Thank you for your understanding.
